Dr. Abdelgadir works closely with laboratory directors, embryologists, andrologists, and physicians across laboratories in The Fertility Partners network to improve operations, streamline workflows, find cost efficiencies, and standardize protocols. Moreover, Dr. Abdelgadir will use his significant laboratory design experience to build, validate, commission, and accredit new laboratories at TFP.  

Dr. Abdelgadir has extensive experience in andrology and embryology in Canada and the US. He is certified as a clinical laboratory director by the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society, and as a High-complexity Clinical Laboratory Director and Clinical Consultant by the American Board of Bioanalysts. He has mentored and trained many andrologists and embryologists throughout his career in assisted reproduction.

Dr. Abdelgadir obtained a BVSc degree from the University of Khartoum, followed by an MSc and a Ph.D. from Oregon State University and a post-doctoral fellowship at Oregon Health Sciences University and the Oregon Regional Primate Research Centre.
