Heather Stark is a seasoned executive recognized for her strategic leadership and ability to guide organizations through periods of complexity and change. She brings deep expertise across financial stewardship, mergers and acquisitions, and operational excellence, with a strong track record of delivering results and building high-performing teams.

Prior to joining The Fertility Partners, Heather served as Chief Financial Officer of WeightWatchers International, where she helped lead the organization through a significant transformation in the health and wellness industry, including a major acquisition that expanded its clinical care capabilities through telehealth in the United States. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Bacardi Canada and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Heather holds a CPA, CA designation and is a graduate of the University of Toronto.
