Heather is a dynamic finance executive recognized for her strategic leadership and ability to navigate organizations through complex change. Her expertise spans financial stewardship, mergers and acquisitions, and operational excellence, with a consistent track record of delivering results and building high-performing teams.

Prior to joining TFP, Heather served as Chief Financial Officer of WeightWatchers International, where she navigated the company through a seismic shift in the health and wellness industry, including a major acquisition that expanded its ability to deliver clinical treatment via telehealth in the U.S. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Bacardi Canada and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a CPA, CA designation and is a graduate of the University of Toronto.

Heather also brings a personal connection to TFP’s mission. With her husband, Nick, she is the parent of four children conceived through assisted reproduction — including two through IVF at The Reproductive Care Centre (RCC). This lived experience gives her a unique appreciation for the profound impact of fertility care on families.
