Kate Krejci is the Executive Vice President of Operations at The Fertility Partners (TFP), where she serves on the senior leadership team guiding strategy and execution across a rapidly growing North American fertility network. She oversees operations, marketing, technology, and procurement—bringing these functions together as one integrated system to drive growth, efficiency, and a consistently patient-centered experience across the platform. 

With 15+ years of progressive leadership in fertility and healthcare operations and an M.S. in Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Kate is known for translating board and SLT priorities into clear, executable initiatives that deliver measurable results. Her focus includes building scalable operating systems, optimizing the full patient value chain from acquisition through treatment completion, and creating operational leverage through procurement transformation, process standardization, technology enablement, and data-driven accountability. She has held senior leadership roles at Kindbody and Vios Fertility Institute, and spent nearly a decade at Audubon Fertility, where she drove significant practice growth, expansion, and margin improvement.
