Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the marketing team at The Fertility Partners. This is a hands-on role focused on coordination, organization, and ensuring marketing initiatives run smoothly across a national network of clinics.
You’ll play an essential role in keeping projects on track - from inbox and request management, to content uploading, vendor coordination, and event support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people stay organized, and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things moving, this role is for you.
Team & Project Coordination
Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team, including asset management and shared-folder organization.
Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and status trackers for campaigns and content.
Help manage the marketing inbox and intake form, triaging requests and routing them to the appropriate team member.
Coordinate invoice approvals, signatures, and reviews for the Marketing department.
Campaign & Content Support
Prepare and upload content across digital channels - including social media, email, websites, and landing pages.
Proofread copy, check links, and ensure accuracy and consistency before publishing.
Support the creation and organization of creative and campaign assets.
Event & Vendor Coordination
Assist with events and activations (webinars, info sessions, clinic open houses), including invitations, RSVPs, logistics, materials, and day-of support.
Coordinate with vendors (printers, couriers, freelancers) to gather quotes, track timelines, and manage deliveries.
Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for clinic teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional tone.
Proficiency with standard office tools and readiness to learn marketing platforms (e.g., project trackers, social schedulers, CMS, email tools).
High attention to detail and reliability in tasks such as proofreading, tracking, scheduling, and file management.
A naturally positive and collaborative attitude, with empathy for the sensitive nature of fertility care.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, administration, or coordination.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or fertility is an asset but not required.
