Completed transaction positions TFP to accelerate strategic growth and investment across its Canadian network 

TORONTO, September 4, 2026 —  The Fertility Partners ("TFP"), Canada's largest network of fertility clinics, today announced the completion of the sale of Illume Fertility ("Illume"), a fertility practice serving patients across Connecticut and New York, to IVI RMA North America ("IVI RMA"). 

The transaction, which closed on September 3, 2026, reflects a deliberate portfolio decision that enables TFP to focus its capital, resources, and leadership attention more fully on strategic growth opportunities across Canada. Illume has joined IVI RMA North America’s growing network of fertility clinics, laboratories, and reproductive medicine providers across the United States.

TFP, Illume, and IVI RMA worked closely throughout the closing process to support continuity for patients, physicians, employees, and partners. The transaction reinforces TFP’s long-term commitment to growth, clinical quality, operational excellence, and patient experience across its Canadian network.
