The Fertility Partners (TFP), a network of leading fertility practices across North America, announced today the appointment of Kate Krejci as Vice President of Operations.

Kate joins The Fertility Partners as a proven transformational healthcare executive with an extensive track record of driving operational excellence, growth and bottom-line performance. As Vice President of Operations, Kate will support practices in achieving operational excellence through process improvements based on data insights, and the integration of new products and platforms to enhance workflow and the patient experience. Kate will also ensure partner clinics are supported by TFP’s shared services to optimize their operations.

Kate brings a wealth of experience in high-growth fertility centre environments, most recently, as the Vice President of Operations for Kindbody, a New York-based technology-driven fertility clinic network with sites across the United States of America. Prior to that, Kate held senior leadership positions at the Vios Fertility Institute based in Chicago and Audubon Fertility based in New Orleans.

Kate holds a BFA from the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and a MSc in Health Administration from the University of Alabama. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for Healthcare.
